MY MISSION
I have in recent times spoken to friends, family and clients about their experiences of using high street stores to sort out their computer issues and I have not heard one positive experience. The tales of incompetence, poor service, unreliability and overcharging were the common thread.
My mission is to:
-
To be supportive
-
To put my clients first and ensure total client satisfaction
-
To give accurate and impartial advice
-
To strive to learn something new everyday so that I can serve and advise my customers to the best of my abilities
-
To save my customers unnecessary expense wherever possible
-
To be honest
-
To be reliable
-
To be accountable
-
To be trustworthy
-
To charge fairly and competitively
-
To be friendly
The above is the absolute minimum. I believe I can bridge the gap between struggling on your own with failing computer hardware and software without resolve and going to a shop where the above mentioned sad consequences are the only option.
I see myself as your friendly ‘go to’ local community IT engineer, a bit like the old fashioned village mechanic (perhaps a little less grumpy though!) who is dependable, reliable and fair.
I am a ‘people’s person’ and like to make bridges with clients. It is very important to me that you are totally happy with me and any work I do for you.
I hope to meet you soon.
