FCSMK Service Scheme

This dedicated scheme has been designed to keep your computer running smoothly and give you the support you need when problems, niggles and uncertainties arise with your computer equipment.

Open to all FCSMK customers, the scheme is based on a monthly subscription of just £10.00 per month per computer. If there are additional computers within the same household, these will be covered at a reduced fee of £8.00 per month per computer. The first month’s subscription is payable, in advance. Here is an overview of the benefits of the Scheme.

• An annual 50 point service – depending upon the machine type and specification

• Repairs carried out at a discounted rate

• Discount on any parts supplied that are required for repairs

• Discounted call-out charges

• IT tuition available at a discounted rate

• Remote or phone IT support available free of charge for 30 minutes per call with up to 5 calls per month allowed

• Malware check/clearance in cases of suspected cyber-attack

• Guidance for selecting a new computer

• Accompanying a member to assist in the purchase of a new computer

• Setting up a new computer to a member’s requirements
